If your at vivacity and craving for western food, may I suggest you skip the long queues at Jamie's Italian and head over to Chop House instead.
By the same people behind Wooloomooloo, this place has a much more casual vibe and its pretty nice to sit outside, nestling a beer with the sea blowing into your hair, overlooking sentosa.
You can never go wrong with sweet potato fries
Mixed grill platter ($60) - beef tenderloin, sausages, lamb grilled tomatoes, fried onions.
Seafood platter ($52) - salmon, prawns, calamari and more tomatoes.
We were lazy to think and decided to go with the 2 mixed platters to share.
Both platters were aptly done, with special mention to the salmon and lamb which were delicious and perfectly cooked.
Service was a tad slow and wonky but giving it a pass since this place is relatively new.
Much much much better than Jamie's though.
