High Tea at Anti:dote

I am not a 'tai-tai' so unfortunately have very little opportunities for high-tea. When opportunities arise though, its pretty awesome to spend an afternoon indulging in finger food and oooh-aahing at the lovely displays during high-tea.

(pardon the blur picture, we got a bit too excited). High tea at Anti:dote provides you with 2 choices, differing only in the first dish - option between truffled scrambled eggs and a selection of dim sum. Seriously dont need to choose, just go for the truffled eggs. Delightfully presented in an egg shell with a perfect round black truffle slice on top, the scrambled eggs were creamy and delicious. Perfectly paired with the toasted soldiers.

Next up came the wonderful presentation of the rest of the items (these were for 3 pax) in a set of drawers where one can open to reveal more surprises.

Seriously too pretty. A wide array of savory (smoked salmon tart, lobster roll) and even more sweets (lemon macarons, chocolate truffles, eclairs, scones etc)

I didnt manage to try everything but my favorites were the lobster roll, chocolate tart and those tangy lemon macarons.
Very lovely high-tea and a feast both for your eyes and tummy. Quite reasonably priced too (~$38++ per pax)
