Perfectly cooked salmon on a bed of soft mash and some healthy boiled vegetables. Its hard to find a place that does salmon well, I hate it when salmon comes out over-cooked and you are stuck chewing on the hard flakes of flesh.
The boy's cheesy bratwurst and pasta, decently done but can't compare to the salmon
